Manic Monday- so many things to do

I plan ahead my meals and do bulk cooking (freezer cooking) to free up my time during the week. It always involves a big day of planning and shopping, which I dread. A big cooking day which is OK, especially if someone helps me clean up afterward. Then anywhere from a week to a month of meals that take a few minutes to heat and virtually no clean up afterward- this is the part I *LOVE*.
These is my dinner rotation for the next month:
- White bean soup and cornbread
- BBQ baked chicken with fresh Brussel sprouts
- Sweet and sour pork with rice
- Creamy pasta bake (vegetable side to be determined)
- Southwest cornbread with pork chops and fresh green beans
- Split pea soup with salad and garlic rolls
- Chicken pot pie
- Enchilada pie with green salad
- Chicken and dumplings and salad
- Manhattan clam chowder and garlic bread sticks
- Mexicali casserole
- Baked Chicken with undetermined sides
- Meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes
- Parsley Parmesan chicken
- Chicken a la king
- Meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes and salad
- Crock-pot pork BBQ
- Cashew chicken and vegetables for side
- Swiss steak, garlic mashed potatoes and green vegetable
- Spaghetti and garlic bread sticks
- Crock pot beef stew (goulash)
- Minestrone soup with bread and salad
- New England Clam Chowder with bread and salad
- Beef Stroganoff with noodles and side of veggies
- Meatballs, rice and vegetables to be determined
- Beef and barley soup with salad and rolls
- Chicken fingers and sides
- Chicken enchiladas and sides
My next step is to make a big grocery store and Costco run to get the ingredients for about half these meals (plus lunch and breakfast foods.) This list is made so I’m ready to go.
