I read an interesting collection of blogs. I read blogs on  blogging, scrapbooking, creativity, being a mom, being a business woman but they are all part of the blog list that I regularly go through.

When reading today I found that today has been chosen as blogtipping day by Easton Ellston at Blogwire. The Successful and Oustanding Bloggers chose to join in today and I am going to do this on a recurring basis as well. It is one thing to have a list of great blogs but it is one step BETTER to explain why you enjoy those blogs and spread a little love.

 Here’s how it works.

First of all is the Diva Marketing blog by Toby

This is a blog about marketing strategy. I like it because it is always pertinent information. The blog is updated regularly. Toby does a great job of giving you enough information withouth droning on forever. In other words, she’s a talented blogger!! Business can be boring but not on the Diva Marketing Blog!

 Next up is Busy Mom- Better Parenting through Coffee by Busy Mom

This is a mommy blog pure and simple. Busy mom has a humourous outlook on the day to day challenges of being a mom. The blog is updated regularly and always is good for a moment of lighthearted reading. Busy Mom, Busy Dad and the Busy kids have a busy life but they manage to take the time to share a morning smile with me everyday.

Last but not least is Slices of Two Peas Life……

I wasn’t going to write about any scrapbooking blogs today but the news of the impending sale of 2 Peas. I like the photos on Kristine’s blog. The “slice” of real life that she infuses into her blog. I love seeing the layouts on the blog then going to view them on the website as well. Kristine does a great job making this blog enjoyable to read and visually pleasing.

My tip for bloggers is to remember to update frequently. I love blogs who update daily but if you can’t update daily at least try to make it every other day. Especially if this is a business venture for you and not just a personal journey. Try to find some recurring topics to talk about so you can develop a following of readers.
